Don't be shy!     blog@guinnessglobetrotter.com - @MarinaMartin
A travel blog centered around my quest to have a Guinness in every country.

About This Blog

In March of 2004, I had my first Guinness in a pub in London. It was love at first sip.

Finding a Guinness in London was deceptively simple. Satiating my newfound hunger for a thick stout in Budapest led to a bit of a challenge, and finding one in Athens ended up being a week-long adventure.

I had so much fun hunting down a Guinness in the countries I visited that I decided to make it my life’s goal to track one down in every single country in the world. As I go along, I’ll blog about my first Guinness in each location here.

So far, I’ve had a Guinness in: Belgium, England, Greece, Hungary, and Japan.

Since that would make for a fairly low-volume blog, I’m also including Guinness news and fun stuff that I come across.

A very special thank you to my good friend Toby for first introducing me to Guinness that fateful night in London.
